Previous work experience with Municipal, other Government Organizations or equivalent endeavours.  Project Scope and Project Objectives:The developer will be part of the Agile project team to: Break down user stories into tasks. Design, develop and test code. Attend daily stand up meetings. Prepare documentation if required. Participate in release and iteration planning. Promote code to production. Resolve defects.
