This is an outbound cold calling position, setting face to face meetings for our clients outside sales team. As a successful Lead Generation Professional you must possess the ability to conduct business-to-business telephone conversations and set face to face meetings with CEO’s and senior executives of major corporations. Candidates must be able to cold call and get past the gate keeper to get to the CEO. Successful professionals develop a rapport and establish a free-flowing conversational dialogue with CEO’s. This role isn’t for everyone---just for those of you who have an entrepreneurial spirit, self-starters, and hunters with the attitude of "Get out of the way and give me the phone", financially driven, accustomed to earning a substantial living as a direct result of your efforts, quick learners and love variety. Skills: In order to succeed in this position, some key qualifications are: • Home office set up – Computer, High-speed internet access, dedicated phone line w/unlimited long distance (no cell phones) • Love cold calling. • Articulate • Well organized. • Have a strong work ethic and the ability to work unsupervised. • Have the ability to handle gatekeepers and objections. • Have previous experience with Salesforce.com or comparable CRM system. • Energy, enthusiasm, conviction, perseverance, and commitment. • Excellent telephone skills and be savvy and skilled at getting into the “C” suite decision maker. • You will be energized and thrive on the challenge of achieving your goals. • Confident and resilient in facing challenges and overcoming obstacles. • You will be engaging, charismatic and articulate. • Enjoy working as part of a team and also disciplined, focused and independent in a work from home environment. • Demonstrated ability to deliver a strong eloquent value proposition, understand and qualify a prospect CEO’s needs, assess business issues/pain points, and set qualified sales meetings. • Have a min. 2+ yrs experience outbound, B2B cold calling and appointment setting at the CEO level of major corporations." | |||||
