This position is responsible for directing the strategy of quality analysis for the processes in Healthcare Recovery Audit This role will lead the team creating the quality checks and standards.  The quality analysis should emphasize on the process to check for data integrity, response time, accuracy and customer service. Primary Responsibilities Engage with senior stake holders to establish performance and quality check processes and procedures; determine the Operation, Financial and Quality Reporting needs of the Healthcare area. Manage stakeholder expectations as the reporting team gathers detailed requirements and ensure reports meet business requirements. Present findings, provide input to the VP Lead analysts to design and implement reporting requirements (operational, management, executive) Engage with IT to understand data sources Manage scope, prioritization and timelines. Define quality assurance and controls, and process improvements; establish standards and Service Level Agreements (SLA) for each area. Facilitate meetings Direct /coach QA Analysts Bring best practices Escalate risks, monitor SLAs and alert SLA slippages   Experience Healthcare experience required Must have a working knowledge of quality assurance methodologies.
