Apart from on-the job-learning, our client prides in providing a great work environment. Key Skills and Competencies: Must Have 6-8+ yrs IT experience in Java development. Experience in People Management to lead a development team of 5-7 Expertise in Core Java with Spring and Hibernate, development of WebServices Good understanding of Oops and RDBMS concepts Ability to perform technical analysis, problem solving skills & design and identify impacts (functional/technical) Good understanding of software architecture; understanding component and application breakdown and interaction   Good communication skills – both written and verbal. Should be able to handle complete responsibility of a small team Communicate well with On- site client, understand and get the requirements converted to desired functionality Strong team player able to interact well between all stakeholders Desirable Certification like SCJD or JBCD-Persistence certification or Certified Spring Professional Software development estimation skills.
