In this role, you will oversee operations managers and executives to ensure that research projects meet time, quality and budget objectives. You will monitor quality and productivity to ensure on-going interview quality, as well as identifying productivity improvement measures. We are looking for candidates with 10+ years of experience in this area as well as the ability to operate at a strategic level. Previous team management experience is essential, as is the ability to train your staff to a very high standard.
