Position Description: Assists the Accelerated GTIN Conversion Project team in successfully converting vendors UPC’s to GTIN’s. This position will require converting conversion IDs, formatting spread sheets and prepping communication to vendors. This role will work hand-in-hand with various members of the GTIN/PID team to prep for file conversion. Essential Job Functions: • Take files, look at Prefix in file • Determine contact information from the schedule • Send email to vendor contact through Corp GTIN Mailbox • Track the number of days between vendor receiving Item File; Follow-up email to vendor for returned item files • Receive returned Item File from vendor • Validate Check Digit • Escalation communication emails for non-returned Item files Requirements: • Strong Communication Skills • Experience using Microsoft Excel • Strong writing skills • Extremely organized Bonus Skills: • Associate’s degree or related equivalent work experience • Administrative experience a plus"
