Jonathan Buffa posted a job: EQUITY ANALYST – EUROPEAN GENERALIST "EQUITY ANALYST – EUROPEAN GENERALIST A leading global hedge fund with international offices and worldwide recognition is currently looking to add a long short analyst to their global equity team. The p have outperformed year on year and is therefore in the midst of expanding their platform following the move of a senior analyst into a portfolio management position. Your responsibilities will include:- Conducting in-depth fundamental research and financial modeling to identify equities that generate above average returns by using long/short strategies. Develop, size, and pitch original equity stock ideas Visit with company management, attend conferences, and travel to conduct primary research and channel checks. Initiate and manage investments and trades in the portfolios. Applicants should have experience form top tier M&A teams or ideally other leading hedge funds. Relocation will be offered for outstanding candidates. Please note:- applicants must have solid educational and professional experience.
