The GBMs will report to the Head of Marketing, will lead global marketing innovation (NPD, 5 year OGSM, etc) & must be promotable to the "Director" level within multiple business units. These roles will be located in Houston, TX / The Woodlands, TX or Philadelphia, PA / Wilmington, DE areas.
