The consultant would assist the client with their external reporting process including preparing documents (10K, 10Q, 8K, S3, etc.), providing analysis, and reporting benchmarking. The ideal candidate would have a BS in Accounting/Finance, MBA/CPA preferred; 5+ years of general accounting experience, with SEC reporting and consolidations required; strong GAAP knowledge; strong MS Excel skills, previous Oracle reporting software experience a plus; excellent attention to detail; and excellent communication skills.
