The A/R Associate would be responsible for direct bill revenue receipts, premium financing coordination, return premium authorization, support to Manager of Accounts Receivable and other accounting functions with an emphasis on customer service, research, analysis and problem resolution. The ideal candidate would have High School diploma required, some college courses preferred; 3+ years of accounts receivable or similar accounting process experience; 3+ years insurance brokerage accounting experience preferred; proficient in Excel and Word; strong customer service and teamwork orientation; attention to detail, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills; good verbal and written communication skills; and agency management system experience highly preferred.
