Responsibilities: • Perform system analysis, design, creation of test plans and test scripts, testing and documentation for Civil Team projects; • Interact with analysts and programmers assigned to the project; • Document the requirements; • Design the project functions; • Develop the system test plans and scripts; • Test the project components; • Document the test results. Requirements and skills: • Experience as a Senior Systems Analyst on a large-scale web based project (2+ years); • Experience as a Systems Analyst working with large-scale, complex online systems (8+ years); • Web Application Analysis and design; • Ability to fully document requirements and design; • Testing of large, complex systems; • Knowledge of HTML or Dreamweaver for screen design."
