Using a business process centric approach   The WAMS Field Mobility Project will gather business and technical requirements through a series of workshops with both current users of field mobility and potential future users of the new technology. A selection process with corresponding evaluation criteria will be developed and vendor proposals evaluated leading to a recommendation, procurement and implementation.     DUTIES & RESPSONSIBILITIES   ·         This role is responsible for independently facilitating, analyzing, validating and documenting business, organizational and operational requirements using a broad systems solutions technical background to translate business requirements into a system technical solution.  May  work in a leadership role as a project track lead (e.g. conversion, integration, testing, training, etc). Able to work as a single project Business Analyst or among others on larger projects.    ·         Facilitates workshops and stakeholder group interactions ·         Plans and monitors business analysis activities within project lifecycle ·         Analyzes internal business processes and systems and develops recommendations to redesign core business processes ·         Elicits, analyzes and documents requirements for functionality, data, reports, meta data, training, service levels, data quality, system performance and data sources ·         Manages, communicates and validates requirements with users ·         Prepares detailed functional system specifications ·         Works with the project Architect/Technical Lead to integrate into a system solution ·         Works in a lead role in evaluating and recommending business, technology and application software purchases ·         Validates with Architect end-to-end business system solutions in a complex application and technology environment ·         Conducts impact assessments on the current environment including risk and mitigation strategies ·         Determines user change management and training requirements ·         Oversees the development and execution of test plans end to end ·         Provides leadership to less experienced team members and indirectly may assign/direct work of others ·         Keeps current with emerging and best practices in business analysis tools and methodologies ·         Identifies strong functional business processes to augment and support a system solution or support ·         Works on transition to support plan after project implement... http://bull.hn/l/T0C4/1"
