Professional Certifications as SPHR or PHR, plus CCP, and CBP preferred. MBA or Masters Degree in Human Resource Management preferred plus 5 years experience as a Human Resources Manager in a multi-facility manufacturing company required – preferably at corporate level. Experience with strategic business planning for the HR Operations and related functions required. Experience overseeing HR services to International locations is preferred. Strong positive labor relations history including union avoidance, and successful countering of union organizing drives preferred. Experience with the HR portion of the due diligence process for potential mergers and acquisitions, experience with plant closings, setting up the HR related aspects for a new facility, assisting with new facility site selection and assessment preferred.
