Post Resume -Get Paid by Employers at Resumark .com Subject: Diana MacFarlane posted a job: "Billing/Fraud Representative in Redwood City, CA Billing/Fraud Representative Responsibilities & Job Duties: • Document all inquiries (e-mail/phone) in a timely manner into the ticketing system. • Research and resolve first level tickets related to charges, invoices or statements, and fraud in a timely manner with accurate solutions. • Process customer account transactions and refunds. • Create and maintain customer records in the PWE’s internal system. • Work directly with customers to reconcile purchases. • Provide regular updates of all second level billing and fraud inquiries to senior and/or specialist billing reps. • Participate in phone/live chat conversations if and when necessary. • Proactively investigate and report possible fraud-related registrants. Requirements: • 1+ year experience in Billing/Fraud Support for gaming company or related experience in the economic industry. • Direct experience with handling money transactions and troubleshooting errors with credit card/financial account statement. • Able to effectively communicate thoughts and solutions to clients, staff, and management. • Must be well organized, able to prioritize tasks, and have a good sense of time management. • Must be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. • High level interest/knowledge with MMO games is desired. http://bull.hn/l/U7JR/1"
