R&D Manager in Shanghai, China Position Background: Plan and direct the overall R&D activities Develop new products to grow business in China Provide technical service and application support for customers Provide technical support to Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Purchasing, Production, and Quality Assurance Responsible for R&D project management, product development from bench top to successful commercialization, including sampling for Sales and Marketing needs, and providing workable solutions to both internal and external customers. Collaborate with R&D counterparts in US and China Develop egg ingredient applications for Chinese market Develop and present innovative concepts to internal and external accounts. Provide technical training for internal and external audiences Manage resources to meet budget Requirements: Bachelor degree in food science and related fields with 5-year experience in R&D area Good administrative ability & coordinative ability. Be familiar with the R&D management in food industry. Understand latest food technology Understand egg processing and/or quality management is preferred. Good communication skill Good command of English in Oral and written. Ability to think independently and quickly to resolve issues Strong computer skills Travel to U.S 3 or 4 times per year for training This position is for a growing manufacting manufacturing company in China.
