As a TSA you will enjoy a role were you will: - Work from the comfort of your own home - Set your own hours - Have the option to be trained for advancement to more senior roles within as little as 3 months QUALIFICATIONS - Previous telemarketing, outbound customer service or sales experience - Excellent spoken English (any second language is an asset) - Strong reading comprehension - Excellent interpersonal skills and a true desire to help clients to achieve their goals; - Confidence in speaking with both consumers and business professionals including recruiters, managers, executives and owners at all levels; - Must have a home computer with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) - Must demonstrate a professional and friendly interpersonal manner - Disciplined, self-motivated and able to work effectively without supervision; - Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
