Post Resume -Get Paid by Employers at Resumark .com Subject: Looking for CEE Business Development Manager Cristina Savuica posted a job: Looking for CEE Business Development Manager "Job description • Build a portfolio of companies who could benefit of externalized HR Services; • Identify and evaluate competitor while gaining an understanding of their strengths and weaknesses • Perform thorough market study of the HR companies in CEE; • Identifying potential line of business in relationship with targeted companies; • Relationship development with key individuals at targeted companies such as Purchasing, HR, GM, CFO; • Build long term partnerships with targeted companies, despite general agreements they have with other suppliers; • Communicate company's history, strengths, intentions and values in order to establish our identity as a key HR company in CEE. Competencies • Having strong business acumen proven by a good understanding of key elements of business model; • Analytical approach; • Having a high level of adaptability; • Excellent customer service abilities. Requirements • Proven Experience in Sales minimum 5 years • Sales experience in services is an advantage • Self motivated, energetic and with minimal supervision needed • Excellent negotiation skills • Strong and diverse communication skills • Organized and efficient time manager • Multi-lingual, Proficiency in English is a must, German or French are a strong advantage. • Cross cultural experience • Willing to travel extensively • Proven success with Project Management the candidate could work from home office or choose to work in one of our offices in Czech, Romania, Poland, Slovakia, Croatia or Ukraine ( please find more details about our company at:www.lugerarepublic.com) we are looking for candidates based in any European country please send your CV at: sales@lugera.ro Thank you :)"
