Cristina Savuica posted a job: Looking for CEE Business Development Manager "Job description • Build a portfolio of companies who could benefit of externalized HR Services; • Identify and evaluate competitor while gaining an understanding of their strengths and weaknesses • Perform thorough market study of the HR companies in CEE; • Identifying potential line of business in relationship with targeted companies; • Relationship development with key individuals at targeted companies such as Purchasing, HR, GM, CFO; • Build long term partnerships with targeted companies, despite general agreements they have with other suppliers; • Communicate company's history, strengths, intentions and values in order to establish our identity as a key HR company in CEE. Competencies • Having strong business acumen proven by a good understanding of key elements of business model; • Analytical approach; • Having a high level of adaptability; • Excellent customer service abilities.
