"Hiring an eCommerce Site Operations Manager in Asheville, NC   Asheville, NC   PRIMARY FUNCTIONS OF POSITION:   Provide day to day operational management of selected ecommerce programs to optimize site experience   Ensure that your team functions as ecommerce application subject matter experts, understanding program application    consoles, business rules, and functionality   Support cross training of staff to provide organizational redundancy   Manage vendor relationships, understanding vendor roadmaps; ensure upgrades are implemented   Collaborate closely with Channel Merchandising and E-Marketing teams to integrate product merchandising and product advisory content into site programs and applications   Develop and utilize reporting analytics that provide decision support to program optimization   Test, test, and test new configurations and features using multivariate testing tools and usability research to achieve continuous improvement in program functionality   Direct staff in providing key inputs into business requirements documents for new features and functionality   Partner with Platform Vendor to manage implementations to meet objectives including wireframe and site presentation, graphics, consumer communications and overall usability   Conduct competitive analysis and research best practices to identify new products and features             KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES AND TRAINING & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:   Key Requirements   5+ years experience in an internet site operations/site producer/e-commerce product manager role for an internet retailer, online services provider, or online media company.    Significant experience in site optimization program management   Data savvy with strong analytic skills; excellent ability to turn data into information that drives business results   An analytical approach to solving business problems, coupled with a creative, innovative spirit   A continuous improvement mindset to increase revenue and/or decrease operational costs   Experience with Websphere Commerce, Sterling WMS, Omniture, Coremetrics and Endeca is a plus   http://bull.hn/l/VGPX/3"
