Supporting the Monitor Liaison and Project Manager, the Project Manager will assist in the analytical, evaluative and interpretive dynamics of project management. This is an ideal role for anyone looking to expand their experience in data, project and program management. Responsibilities: * Support the Monitor Liaison and Project Manager to maintain a master project plan & milestone list. * Prepare periodic reports and presentations for stakeholders and the Project Steering Committee. * Track action items in database and follow up, if necessary on past due items. * Support the Project Manager to maintain a consolidated project issues and risks list and statistics, obtaining updates regularly. * Documentation Control: All communication, correspondence, policies, procedures and proof of deliverables must be contained in the library held by the Project Office. This will assist in future requests including requests from Audit. * General administration responsibilities. * Travel may be required. Qualifications: * 5 – 7 years experience with data, project and program management. * Detail oriented with strong organizational skills. * Self-starter who does not require detailed instructions to proceed to the next step. * Adequate proficiency in MS project, Excel, Word and Powerpoint: ability to update plans, tasks and track milestones. * Communication skills a must - excellent written and verbal skills.
