Paul Ladson posted a job: R & D Electrical Engineer (Permanent position in Kansas City, MO) "R & D Electrical Engineer (Permanent position in Kansas City, MO) Summary: • R&D Engineer to research new technologies and develop new products • Design, develop, integrate, and test hardware and embedded software for electrical testing systems. • Coordinate with sales/marketing representatives and systems engineers to ensure clear understanding of system specifications and requirements. • Generate all work products including requirements and design documents while participating in formal requirements and design reviews. • Develop analog and digital circuits for controlling automatic test equipment. Requirements include: • Electrical circuit development • Analog circuit design experience necessary. • CAD experience, ability to read schematics, 2-D & 3-D drawings. • SMD design • Experience with FPGA programming • Experience with embedded microprocessor programming using software development tools. • Advanced level design language • Experience in troubleshooting existing circuits and systems. • BSEE is a minimum requirement. • US Citizen and ability to obtain secret security clearance. • 5-10 years solid experience. • Project management experience preferred • Previous supervisory or management experiences a plus.
