"Optimisation Project Managers x 4 in London, United Kingdom Our client is a global integrated energy organisation who are experiencing significant change from both internal and external factors. Through a number of change and transformation programmes they are looking to bring in four Project Managers, across various workstreams, for a 6-8 month interim assignment, with a focus on moving the projects to investment approval status ready for implementation.    To be considered for this assignment you will have significant experience of the following: Demonstrable track record of project delivery within a structured governance framework Formal qualification in Project Management, i.e. Prince 2, APM etc. Experience of scoping complex projects Excellent understanding of the Energy & Natural Resources sector Experienced in delivering business change projects Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Demonstrable leadership skills and ability to mentor junior team members Demonstrate a practical and results-orientated approach Tracking project financial performance against approved business cases Construction and management of investment cases Develop robust, baselined, effort loaded project plans in EPM Provide clear monthly milestone reporting to stakeholders Accurately report project progress weekly Manage and mitigate risks with stakeholder groups Track project performance and report transparently to monthly steering boards   You will also need to evidence expertise in one of the following key business areas: Generation and Demand forecasting Vendor Management Energy Trading Optimisation, Change, Transformation, Finance, Risk or E&P   If you are interested in discussing these roles further, in the first instance, please forward your CV to kris.hicks@avaenergy.co.uk   http://bull.hn/l/WM8Y/1"
