The consultant would assist the client with human resources issues specifically providing expertise on compensation related matters such as job evaluation, merit increase, variable pay calculations, salary surveys, compensation analysis, and job descriptions. The role could go permanent. The ideal consultant would have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business; 4+ years of human resources/compensation work experience; fluency in Korean and English required; strong attention to detail and problem-solving and analytical skills; the ability to multi-task, work independently, and meet deadlines; and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
