They have an excellent reputation for outstanding stores, and are a great company to work for. We are now looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join their team in Dubai. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Wide scope market experience in retail sales management and has managed and controlled large format stores or, multiple outlets • Full of energy, enthusiasm, drive and passion for success • Ability to develop Team/ Business in the market • Has a strong people focus and is able to deal with people from different nationalities • Understand Succession Planning and Internal Development Programs • Is diplomatic and understands people reactions • Understands the importance of Sales and Customer Service and has proven track records of consistent sales growth • Ability to drive KPI’s through people performance • High quality analytical skills – able to analyse reports and make decisions • Experience in Stock Ordering, planning and forecasting is an advantage • A fast learner and is able to manage all sales related activities • A thorough planner and executor of plans – proactive and has urgency • Wants to grow within the organization • Provide strong support to the management team • Has a good understanding of Training and can deliver high calibre training sessions ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS • Needs to be a strong retail professional with 5 years strong retail management experience • At least 2-5 years in a leadership role • Furniture OR fashion retail background required • Degree qualified • Experience in forecasting and maintaining budgets • Excellent English communication skills • Working knowledge of Navision ERP system • Should have flexible working hours • Open to Western/ European nationalities based in Dubai KEY SKILLS • Pro-active and strong personality • Is able to challenge in a constructive manner • Has the right attitude, aptitude, and displays positive behaviours • Ability to think critically and share ideas and knowledge • Systems / Policy driven and is able to maintain business disciplines • Computer literate – Word, Excel, Power Point COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Will reflect experience levels and interview performance To apply in confidence, please send your CV in English to michael@frgr.org FIRST RESORT GLOBAL RECRUITMENT www.frgr.org Leaders in Executive Level Recruitment across the Middle East" | |||||
