Due to business expansion, they are now seeking for a high caliber Regional CRM Manager to manage their databases in Asia. Responsibilities: * Manage and maintain all customer databases: readers, subscribers and advertisers, etc. in Asia * Work with IT team and outside partner in development and enhancement of the databases and CRM solutions and process * Develop and executive CRM and database marketing strategies to increase company revenues e.g. Mailers, events and joint promotion campaigns * Construct multi-channel action plan based on customer lifecycle, behavior, purchasing pattern and segmentation profiles * Use data mining techniques to flesh out customer insights in customer database * Analyze data and translate into actionable customer insights for CRM activities * Ensure the updating of customer databases in a timely manner Requirements: * University Degree * 5 years of CRM, loyalty marketing, and promotion experience preferably from sizable corporation * Strong knowledge of CRM concepts and database marketing principles and practices * Proven track record in generating business through CRM * Experience in managing regional database is highly preferable * Hands on experience and proficiency in business intelligence tools, statistical and data mining models and tools * Strong data analysis skills, project management, and time management skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable consumer insights * Fluency in English and Chinese * Proactive, independent, and results-orientedClick "Apply" to apply for this position or call Monique Leung at +852 3180 4922 for a confidential discussion.
