The ideal candidate should have the following attributes to qualify for this role. • Must have degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering • 12-15 years of experience in the field related to construction industries and having 5 years of experience of heading the design functions • Wide knowledge in all the areas of Design functions related to related to construction industries like Architects, MEP, Structural and HVAC • Thorough knowledge and experience of the standard and codes like, IBC, ICC, ICF, ACI, NFPA, ASCE, UFC, UBC, ASTM, AASTO etc. • Indians and Filipinos candidates would be highly preferred for this role.
