The Role Conduct of estimations for integrated facility management service delivery concepts for real estate (e.g. health care, industrial) and infrastructure (e.g. airports) projects Support to minimize risks implied in facility management estimations and proposals Development and maintenance of local estimation standards and benchmarks Liaison with local suppliers for subcontracted specialised services Performance of site visits and technical asset recordings The Candidate Experienced at tender/bid estimating for Facilities Management or MEP Projects Degree qualification would be preferable Experience of working in a GCC Country would be preferable.
