RESPONSIBILITIES: Convert benefit information from the benefits web portal into plan information in the benefits administration module. Ensure that benefits administration module is set up accurately and timely. Provide knowledge and information to TSR's, specialist, or sales reps. Research, track, and resolve clients' benefits issues urgently. Establish and maintain effective communication and coordination with personnel and management. Assist with special projects as needed. QUALIFICATIONS The ideal canddiate must possess superior interpersonal skills with the ability to work with various departments and levelsof an organization both inside the company and with clients.
