Triage International (LION) posted a job: Looking for a Executive Program Manager - Manufacturing, PMP, Hong Kong "Responsibilities The Executive Program Manager is mainly responsible for devising, organizing, and implementing high scale projects that are very complex in nature. Oversee a large compliment of employees that are divided into various project teams. Including: • Supervising work execution • Providing resolution for problems • Maintaining programme schedules • Reporting on project status? • Managing project team? • Accounting for project cost, time and budget • Mitigating programme risks Reporting Relationships Reporting to the Director of Client Management and Supervising the Project Management Team. Duties and Job Functions • Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. • Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. • Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary. Where required, negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the company. • Determine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during project cycle. • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel. • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. • Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas. • Conduct project post mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements. • Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management. Other duties Executive Program Manager is responsible for overall management to achieve customer satisfaction QUALIFICATIONS • Demonstrated leadership roles in previous positions desirable. • Previous team management and supervision. • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills, English and Mandarin are a MUST • Excellent Presentation Skills Required / Preferred • Master’s Degree or higher in Business Administration or Finance. Engineering degree or related Job Experience from EMS Industry a significant plus • Overseas Education / Background a big plus • Strong knowledge of technology platforms and systems. • Strong knowledge of Financial Management. • Experience in a growth-oriented sales and marketing organization • Experience in PMP and 6 Sigma preferred • Flexible / Analytical / Creative thinking /Stress Management • 7-10 years direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution." | |||||
