Work closely with Maintenance on equipment-related process issues. Work closely with Product Development to facilitate the smooth launch of new products. Work closely with Quality to determine and complete appropriate process capability studies, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions. Interact with suppliers of raw materials, as appropriate, in troubleshooting and/or process improvement activities. Interact with vendors of process equipment and/or services, as appropriate. Provide immediate, hands-on process troubleshooting support to manufacturing. Provide process engineering support for new and existing commercial products.   REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a Technical degree.    5+ Years Process or Manufacturing Engineering experience. Strong manufacturing process background – Plastics preferred. Project management experience. Strong problem solving skills. Formal green belt or black belt training desirable.
