Job Description: Looking for a Senior Support Specialist to do 1st and 2nd Level support.  Candidate must have excellent communication skills, a degree and excellent business facing skills.  You will also have excellent documenting skills, and experience with 3G/4G WIFI, Smart Phone, VPN, Citrix, VOIP, Video, Microsoft Exchange and Citrix. QUALIFICATIONS: 5+ years experience technology support experience Working knoowledge of multiple applications Strong knowledge of email exchange systems Experience at an Investment/Asset Management or Real Estate high-performing, results-focused organization is preferred Expert with murtiple devices, operating systems and applications Experience with networks, VOIP, System security and experience with Microsoft technologies including Office, Exchange, SQL, Intternet Explorer and others Bachelors or Assocaites Degree"
