You should have significant experience in the market research arena (10+ years), with at least some agency side experience in Asia. If you have previously mentored, led and developed of a team of Qual researchers, this would be ideal, as we’re looking for someone who is quite ‘hand on’. While research sector exposure is not critical, ideally you will have worked with a broad range of clients with a good chunk of FMCG work under your belt. You should bear in mind this role includes little moderation, but you’ll be the brains behind the research itself and you’ll spend a lot of your time engaging with and advising your clients on what it all means.
