Laboratory Operations experience is preferred Job Description/Major Responsibilities: • Analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate instructor-led courses and e-learning modules • Collaborate with Qualified Trainers, Subject Matter Experts, and Functional Area Management to determine target learning levels (awareness, comprehension, and application), target audience, learning objectives, delivery methods, and training materials • Assist in the development of training materials with Subject Matter Experts and Functional Area Management • Provide guidance on training development to Subject Matter Experts and Functional Area Management • Ensure training materials are approved prior to use • Attend the Training Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) Community of Practice (COP) • Deliver the Train-the-Trainer Program, GMP New Hire Orientation, Annual GMP Training, and other courses owned by the Training Department Education: BS Degree .
