Credit Representative - B2B in Overland Park, KS This is a temp-to-perm/direct hire Credit Representative role. The client is looking for someone who has at least two years experience and the experience must be recent and progressive. The responsibilities of the Credit Representative are as follows:          Contact accounts to obtain payments and account actions          Investigate and resolve cardholder billing questions          Manage assigned accounts, enforcing terms and credit lines          Assist the customer in reconciling their account(s)          Assist the customer and dealer in dispute resolution          Respond to client inquiries via phone, fax and email within a specified Service Level Agreement (SLA)          Dispute resolution/process billing errors          Conduct research and follow-up on accounts payable/receivable issues          Perform billing and reimbursement audits          Contact customers regarding credit line issues          Manage tickets about unapplied payments          Contact customers to discuss first bill and payment          Identify procedural issues          Other general customer and merchant support duties as assigned  We are looking for the following in the ideal candidate:          Experience with and passionate about solving problems and resolving conflict          Intermediate proficiency with MS Office Excel and Word          Highly motivated self-starter with ability to work independently as well as within a team environment          Strong negotiation skills under difficult circumstances          Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks          Exceptional attention to detail is required          Highly assertive and must enjoy making phone calls          Extremely dependable          Excellent professional phone voice and skill is a must          Effective written and oral communication skills along with strong interpersonal skills          Experience with problem identification and solution          Strong critical thinking and analytical skills          Strong written and oral communication skills          Minimum 2 year of Credit, Business to Business, Collections, Accounting, Customer Service experience          Accounting experience preferred http://bull.hn/l/ZSU8/6"
