The role: Working within a busy, dynamic team the work will involve: o Drafting and negotiating contracts as well as assisting with ongoing contractual relationships with suppliers and partners. o Dealing with a broad range of consumer issues o Providing advice and approval of marketing and point of sale material o Advising in respect of company initiatives (how to structure contracts, acceptable terms etc) o Assisting with managing disputes and the resolution of these with suppliers o Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations o Providing general IP advice on a range of issues Background You will have a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience* working within a high-pressured, fast-paced environment. Given that this is a short-term contract you must be able to hit the ground running, be able to work autonomously and use your own initiative. It is likely you will have a telecoms / IT background with experience of handling consumer / retail matters. This is an exciting time to join a prominent and thriving business.
