You will work with the business users to understand, design, develop, test and implement technical solutions and system enhancements. Also, you will be responsible for resolving user problems and applications issues. The role would require you to be proficient on Human Resources. A good customer service attitude along with ability to multi-task is a requirement. Other duties include: Required Technical Skills • Hands-on functional experience with below Oracle R12 • Required: Core HR, Compensation Workbench, SSHR (ESS, MSS) • Optional: Advanced Benefits • Well versed with HRMS APIs • Strong development experience that includes PL/SQL and SQL Plus programming skills Required Experience • 7-10 years of hands-on techno-functional experience with Oracle Applications • Good understanding of Business processes utilizing Oracle Applications flows • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field is highly preferred" | |||||
