Responsibilities: Coordinates implementation or transfer of new products starting from the initial planning for manufacturing up to the serial production stage (A sample to D sample) based on costs, quality and time frame requirements; Implements customer specific requirements and maintains an excellent business relationship with the allocated customer; Responsible for Product group P&L; provides different ROI analysis and reports to management; Coordinates inter-departmental teams in order to plan the production process, the equipment investment and acquisition, contributing to the achievement of the company business targets; Identifies and initiates continuous improvement activities, focusing on cost efficiency.
