Domain Knowledge:  Ability to code independently  Understand functional requirements and covert the same to the technical specifications  should be able to co-ordinate and arbitrate with onsite counterparts  Adhere to the defined process through the request life cycle and produce necessary documents/artefacts as part of the deliverables  Convert the business requirements into functional specification documentation  Develop/ fix the code per the change requirement and follow the standards & procedures.  Perform Technical Review before delivery to User Acceptance  should have worked in Development, maintenance and production support projects  should be process oriented, with a clear understanding of Software Development life cycle and s/w configuration processes  should have good communication and interpersonal skills  should have good customer handling experience  having knowledge in Friedman Frontier/HFA ERP packages will be a plus Interested candidates please reach us on hr@controlfhr.com"
