Our focus is on providing IT transformation solutions to global organizations. The candidate may work from Baltimore, MD or Richmond, VA locations. We are looking for IT Staffing Account Manager to service existing customers and also new customers. The candidate must have 5 years of account management experience with IT staffing. Strong understanding of the IT staffing business with in-depth knowledge of the clients in the DC metro ara. Must have experience with full life cycle of the client on boarding process Must have experience with RFQ/RFP, rate cards, VMS and contract process Must have proven experience working with social media web sites such as LinkedIn for sales leads This position will: Uncover and develop relationships within assigned account portfolio as well as new customers who are currently not doing business with Idexcel Develop strategic plans based on industry trending and customer analysis, which includes preparing executive profiles, and continuous study of assigned accounts’ industry, business challenges and trends. Develop a version of the Strategic Plan to share with customers to solicit their input and have them gain a sense of joint ownership of the Plan. Prepare sales forecasts, account status reports, and recommendations to enhance account growth and new revenue potential Participate in contract negotiations.
