Responsible and accountable for all mechanical, electrical and civil maintenance in the plant. 2. To diagnose maintenance problems in advance by proper maintenance schedule and plan. 3. To carry out the Break Down maintenance of plant and machinery and to ensure minimum down time 4. To ensure that all the machinery are working in condition. 5. To implement preventive maintenance programme and make sure that it is followed properly. 6. Will be responsible for quality checks of incoming spare parts, machine and equipments. 7. Organize maintenance & repair contract of machines, machine tools and equipments with approval of Factory Manager. 8. Conduct training programme for subordinates. 9. To co ordinate with other departments for the smooth and efficient operation. 11. Maintaining of critical spares Experience – 4-5 yrs CTC- 3.5- 4 lac p.a Candidate Profile – 1. FMCG Experience 2.
