The Director would be responsible for identifying, investigating, analyzing, and coordinating new business opportunities (domestic and international) for growth through acquisitions. The ideal candidate would have Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, MBA preferred; 5 – 10 years of work experience in acquisitions, with 6+ years in Strategy; full process from initiation to successful completion required; strong analytical skills with financial and market data; CPG and/or Retail industry experience a plus; strong management and leadership skills; an ability to interact with all organizational levels, notably C-level management; and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
