Ensure all operating areas are configured for maximum productivity. • Develop and coach management teams to improve and maintain a productive and efficient operation, this is a non-union environment. • Develop the annual operating budget and 3 year plan for the site's operational needs and safety programs. • Maintain or enhance inventory control systems that will improve material flow and track inventory accuracy. REQUIREMENTS: • Individual desired should have a BS degree, MBA preferred, and minimum 10 years’ experience in warehouse / distribution operations of high volume consumer products utilizing automated picking systems. • Previous Supervisory / Management experience managing hourly, exempt and supervisory personnel in a non-union environment is required. • Excellent interpersonal / leadership essential. SAP experience preferred."
