To do so, they need the best Level 1 Network Engineers in Canberra with a proven track record in supporting end to end infrastructure/network projects within a Federal Government environment. Duties and responsibilities include: · Perform level 1/2 Network support to enable delivery of complete integrated services · Manage and coordinate the technical resolutions of incidents either remotely or onsite · Manage and update service requests to ensure that service level agreements are met · Ability to work outside To be considered for this exciting role you must have the following skills & experience: 1. Level 1/2 network support experience within a Federal Government or Corporate Enterprise environment (minimum of 2 years – mandatory) 2. 1-2 year technical support experience in a technical support environment working with Cisco, Nortel, Avaya and Juniper products 3. Proven troubleshooting experience across environments which include: Cisco Routers & Switches, Nortel WAN and Enterprise Infrastructure 4. Certification: CCNA or studying towards CCNP, ITIL certification 5. Strong communication and documentation skills 6.
