The consultant would assist with the integration of a newly acquired legal entity into the client’s organization. The ideal candidate would have a BS or Masters in Business/IT, PMP preferred; 10+ years of experience managing integration projects required; prior experience in financial services required, wealth management business preferred; ability to develop project plans, manage individual deadlines, and goals; knowledge of project metrics including gathering, reporting, trend analysis, creation, and metrics; advanced proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, and/or Visio; self-starter and self-directed; strong attention to detail and problem-solving and analytical skills; strong communication and interpersonal skills; and comfortable working with all levels of corporate infrastructure.
