The successful candidate should have:  Experience with an integrated software package.  Can have experience with other similar tools such as Sage 300 (Mass 300 or Mass 500) ERP or Microsoft AX in a manufacturing environment. • Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) in Business Administration/Accounting • 5-7 years exposure to manufacturing departments/staff, financial reporting/general ledger area, cost accounting, reporting and variance analysis. • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP preferred • Experience in Excel, Access, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint • Strong cost accounting experience • Strong supervisory skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Ability to solve problems • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form • Ability to work under pressure and deadlines • Ability to multi-task"
