A Ph.D in Polymer Engineering, Polymer Science, Polymer Chemistry, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering is required as well as a strong background in POM, PMMA, Composite Materials or EPDM Rubber. Role: Product development of POM, PMMA, EPDM Rubber or Composite Material which would include: - Working in teams for design and commercialization of new polymers and polymer blends. - Develop new polymer resins and blends to provide growth to the business by accessing new markets. - Working closely with customers and the commercial team to define new opportunities. Experience Required: - A minimum of 3 years of experience with POM, PMMA, Composite Materials or EPDM Rubber in research facility. Other Qualifications: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - capable of organizing internal trainings, customer seminars and presentations at industrial conferences.
