An exciting new role has been created for an experienced commercial lawyer to join their small team in Paris. Working closely with their Legal Director you will enjoy a general commercial role focussed upon transactional matters and projects delivery, providing effective legal and contractual support to management teams and employees of the company. This role will work closely with a variety of internal figures including management, stakeholders, project teams, commercial teams and HR, therefore it is essential applicants fit the following profile: • Masters or postgraduate degree in Business Law / Commercial Law • Around 6+ years post-qualification experience gained within an international law firm and in-house within the ICT industry • Experience of operating within French and European business cultures • Strong project management experience • Proven ‘cradle to grave’ big-ticket contract management experience and negotiation skills • Solid commercial acumen together with an understanding of operational and financial matters • A proven ability to provide sound legal and contractual advice to company management • Strong dispute management experience Applicants must possess business fluent English AND French.
