View company name and apply directly at: http://bit.ly/oVyOaA Job Description: Responsibilities: • Work on multiple transactions at any given time • Work on Initial Public Offerings, Follow-ons, PIPEs, Registered Directs and Confidentially Marketed Follow-ons. • Work on traditional private placements with venture capital and private equity investors • Work closely with multiple industry teams throughout the Firm. • Manage the deal process from origination to execution • Analyze company’s financing objectives to identify optimal transaction structures and present conclusions • Work closely with internal and external counsel to manage the Firm’s liability • Help industry groups prepare transaction marketing materials. • Analyze the macro trends in the capital markets and present conclusions • Actively participate in transaction marketing and investor outreach • Build a strong network of institutional investor contacts • Gain exposure to how company management teams and board of directors make strategic and financial decisions Qualifications • Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident to be considered • Must have a minimum of two years experience as an investment banking associate; or a total of five years combined experience as an investment banking analyst or associate • Significant exposure to the public financing transactions analytics and processes Experience executing PIPES, Registered Directs or Confidentially Marketed Follow-on is a plus • Strong ability to work in an entrepreneurial culture • An interest in the Consumer sector, with previous related investment banking experience in the space preferred"
