Skills and Experience: -In-depth knowledge of Derivatives and/or FX, with a minimum of 7 years experience within Financial Markets, ideally gained from IT and/or operational change roles within sell-side. -Strong project management experience; excellent organizational and time management skills; attention to detail. -Impeccable relationship management skills -Experience leading teams in high change environments. -Experience analyzing business needs and designing workable solutions. -Ability to manage challenging clients and situations; delivering sensitive information tactfully. -Combination of client-side and consulting experience."
