Line Manager IPBBC (Venezuela and Caribbean) "The CORE Sub-Domain Manager has to develop a team capable to support on both, Sales support and service delivery activities, while interacting with local CU Customer. He/She has the responsibility to implement the Global WoW, and wanted pyramid as per required in the CORE Domain area. He/She has a critical role in career development for employees, aiming to develop operational excelence within CU Caribbean & Venezuela, pushing for SOG / Add-on Sales, and secure Target fulfillment as per indicated in the CD / Operations BSC. Requirements: • Experience of installation, configuration and integration of CCN • Commercial insight (Business & Financial understanding) and the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels. • Ability to integrate technical solutions, products and tools in end-to-end frameworks and offerings ready to deliver, excellent Telecom market IT overview and very good understanding of mobile, fixed and broadband operator technical environments and industry reference frameworks (i.e.: ITU-3GPP, eTOM, ITIL, CCNA, CCNP, Juniper, Extreme, etc.). • Experience on TSP operation and administration. • Knowledge of Veritas Cluster. • DNS concepts understanding. • Shell scripting experience. • Strong understanding of Charging system solution and billing business. • Strong understanding of SS7, FTP, HTTP, TCP/IP, SSH, SIGTRAN, Diameter Protocols. • Strong understanding of GSM, WCDMA technologies.
