Delivering services within site engineering, integration and/or configuration and/or support of products and networks in accordance with clearly defined specification in the customer contract. 2. Identifying and isolate malfunctioning systems/nodes and if possible apply resolving processes. 3. Execute programming on parts of IT-tools to enable that the tools can be used to deliver services in the day to day operations. 4. Planning and designing networks within a given framework and in accordance to contract specification. Participate in network optimisation. 5. Conducting limited customised configuration, integration and some software adaptation of products/networks, including 3rd party products. 6. Carry out appropriate site design and layout, after a site has been approved. Requirements: • Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (IT, telecom) with at least 3 years of relevant professional experience. • Learns and is getting trained in Ericsson processes, methods and tools to gain experience. Also participate in mentored, practical experiences to expand his or her Ericsson knowledge. • Fluent English and Spanish.
